Materials are processed, measured and cleaned with state-of-the-art equipment by highly trained professionals. All parts are designed and fabricated to the customer's specifications. ACI's services also include machining, lapping/polishing, cleaning, annealing, coating, clean room packaging, lasering, etc. In an essence, we can provide a complete spare part solution to customers. |
Manufacturing Capacity
With over 60,000 square feet of facilities, ACI has one of the largest isostatic presses in California. As a manufacturer of 99.8% purity ceramic, ACI can produce its ceramic parts measuring up to 27 inches in diameter, utilizing manual/CNC mills and lathes.
Working Together
ACI works closely with customers' engineers on cost and process efficient design improvements, testing and evaluations. Through extensive research and development, ACI has isolated the highest quality raw materials available. Its Aluminum Oxide ceramic material, of 99.8% purity and density of 3.9 g/cc, allows ACI to pre-machine thus reducing the manufacturing cost for our customers. |
